Sports/Outdoor life
GRAND PRÉ - The large well-maintained training area in the village includes a basketball court, short running tracks, long obstacle course, outdoor gym, table tennis, large and small soccer fields, cricket field, boules court and tennis courts. The tennis courts must be booked at Café Central and cost 10 Euro/hour, everything else is free and open.
In the house there is some sports equipment to borrow, two day backpacks, a men's and a women's set of golf clubs, four tennis rackets (1 junior), petanque balls and various balls.
CYCLE & HIKING ROUTES - Around the village there are many excellent hiking trails and fantastic old roads to hike. You can easily get out directly via the hills that surround the village without having to drive a car. Choose length and setting through olive groves, forest, vineyards or hills to visit a neighboring village or vineyard for lunch/wine tasting.
In the neighboring village of Salerne (8 km) there is a small, fine privately owned golf course with range and pro. The owner himself manages and builds the holes, 5 are ready and a 6th will open shortly. Short holes that work well for beginners.
Green fee 35 Euro per day.

SWIMMING & COOLING - In the middle of the village flows the river La Bresque, which over the centuries has created small rapids, natural pools and fords. Some places are suitable for swimming and water play, others for fishing and bird watching. Fishing licenses are bought in the municipal hall. All swimming is at your own risk, there are nice picnic spots along the river.
Along the river La Bresque and its tributaries there are also some fine canoe trails. Canoes and bicycles can be rented at three places within a 20-minute drive.
