Leaving and Arriving 
CHECK LIST

Close & Open the House (REVERSE)

THE GUEST HOUSE
(Floor 1)
Check the lock on the stairway entrance
Close the door to the dark room
Turn on the fan timer in stairs to the "Cave"

(Floor 2)
Close the shutters, with the "bar"
Unplug the TV and disconnect the antenna
Make sure Wi-Fi is on
The living room/stairwell door is be closed

(Floor 3/4)
Close the shutters
Turn off the radiators
Unplug the Wi-Fi extender in the lower guest room
Make sure the shower/toilet/sink are not dripping
Turn off the towel warmer on floor 3
Turn off lights in rooms and stairwells

THE KITCHEN HOUSE
(Upper Floor)
Check that the attic lights are off
Turn off radiator in the bedroom
Open the wardrobe doors
Leave the bedroom door open
Check that shower/toilet/sink are not dripping
Turn off the towel warmer

(Kitchen)
Empty the dishwasher / leave it slightly open
Set fridge to "vacation temperature" or turn off fridge and freezer completely
Turn the camera to face the room
Water the plants in the backyard
Turn off the main switch for back yard lighting
Bring in all cushions and lock the garden door
Close the window shutters with the "bar"
Turn off the water heater in the electrical panel
Water the flowers on the balcony

(Basement)
If away for a long time = Turn off main water valves 1, 2, and 3 or main switch
TURN OFF LIGHTS AND LOCK UP
