"We have owned the house since 2018. We bought it so that our large family would have a common meeting place in southern France. We are active people who enjoy hiking and seek exciting trails in mountainous areas, vineyard landscapes, and coastal natural settings.

The house has been built and expanded in stages since 1792, resulting in many different levels, nooks, and personal spaces. After a day, it's easy to navigate between the two main buildings, the various entrances, and outdoor patios to find your way home. However, it's important to note that the house is old and contains many stairs.

The house consists of two buildings, connected on the second floor between the living room and the kitchen. The total living area is now 160 square meters, with an additional 80 square meters of ancillary space (basement, attic). There are two entrance doors, making the house excellent for rentals and guests. One of the bedrooms is more private, being completely separate from the other two. All bedrooms have their own WC and shower room.

The house is heated by direct electric radiators, a heat pump, and an ingenious fan system connected to the open fireplace.

The water and sewage systems in the house have been gradually replaced. An electrical inspection was carried out throughout the house from 2018 to 2020.

After six years in Entrecasteaux, we have now decided to move closer to our children and grandchildren, and therefore the house is for sale. All rooms have double-glazed windows. Many walls have been built with an additional inner wall to create air insulation, ensuring a comfortable indoor environment both in summer and winter. 

Air conditioning is available only in the kitchen/dining room.

Maison Cajoll is located near the main street of the village but still protected from heavy traffic. The village has a large communal parking lot next to the castle (2-3 minutes away) and a small one next to the house. There is the possibility to stop for loading and unloading close to the house.
