Maison Cajoll consists of two buildings and a backyard with an open passage. The house has been renovated from 2019 to 2022 and includes three en suite bedrooms, a living room with a workspace, an open kitchen with a dining area, a basement room for storage and exercise, and a wine cellar.

It also has an expandable attic space intended as a studio, tropezienne balcony, or an additional bedroom.
